Terms of Service

The Planet List is operated by Black Goat Capital AB, Sweden. Contact: info@blackgoatcapital.com.

The Planet List is a paid, permanent leaderboard. A bid purchases a placement on the board. Rank is determined by bid amount alone; being outbid moves you down, never off. Nothing on this site constitutes advertising advice, endorsement, or a guarantee of traffic, clicks, or commercial results.

All bids are final and non-refundable, under all circumstances. A bid is charged at the moment you complete checkout and placement begins immediately. By completing payment you expressly agree that the service is delivered instantly and you thereby waive any statutory right of withdrawal (including the EU 14-day cooling-off period for digital services).

No refunds will be issued, including without limitation in cases where:

• You are outbid and drop in rank.
• You regret the purchase or entered incorrect information.
• Your listing receives no clicks, traffic, or commercial benefit.
• Your listing is removed for breaching these terms or the rules.
• The service is changed, suspended, or discontinued.

The payment purchases the act of placement on the board — not a guaranteed rank, duration, traffic volume, or outcome.

We reserve the unconditional right to remove, edit, suspend or reject any listing, at any time, for any reason or no reason, at our sole discretion, and without refund, compensation or liability of any kind.

This includes — but is not limited to — listings that breach our rules, that we consider misleading, illegal, harmful, infringing, adult-oriented, or otherwise inappropriate, or that are the subject of an ownership dispute. Removal decisions are final.

Payment secures the act of placement only; it never creates a right to remain on the board, and no payment — regardless of amount — obliges us to keep a listing published.

By placing a bid you represent and warrant that:

• You own or control what you list, or are authorized by the owner to list it on their behalf.
• The listing content is lawful, accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for any claims arising from it.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Goat Capital AB from any claim, damage or cost (including legal fees) arising from your listing or your breach of these terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you authorize a one-time charge and accept that the charge is non-refundable as described above.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a properly delivered bid constitutes a breach of these terms. We will contest all chargebacks with proof of delivery and your explicit checkout confirmations, and we reserve the right to remove the associated listing and block future bids in the event of a dispute — still without any obligation to refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Planet List is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Black Goat Capital AB shall under no circumstances be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost traffic, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability to you, for any and all claims, is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the specific bid giving rise to the claim.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time without notice and without liability. Previously paid bids are never refunded as a result of such changes.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the courts of Sweden, with the district court of the operator's domicile as the first instance, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
